Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CampHub Analytics ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Service Description

CampHub provides analytics, reporting, and decision-support services for camps and youth program organizations. Our services include data processing, dashboard creation, report generation, and strategic guidance.

User Accounts and Access

Account Creation

To use the Platform, your organization must establish an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activity under your account

Data Ownership and Use

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you provide to CampHub. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and display your data for the purpose of providing services to you.

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data provided to the Platform. While we strive to identify data quality issues, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of insights derived from inaccurate source data.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
Use the Platform to process data you do not have rights to use
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Platform

Payment Terms

Pricing and payment terms are established in your service agreement. By using paid services, you agree to:

Pay all fees as specified in your service agreement
Provide current and accurate billing information
Pay applicable taxes

Pilot fees are credited toward seasonal engagements as specified in your agreement.

Service Level and Support

We strive to maintain high availability and provide responsive support. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Service levels and support commitments are specified in your service agreement.

Intellectual Property

CampHub retains all rights to the Platform, including its software, algorithms, templates, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the course of the service relationship. We will not disclose your camp data to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use the Platform. Either party may terminate the service relationship as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will cease
You may request a final export of your data
We will retain data as specified in our Privacy Policy

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your service agreement. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
